Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per feasibility.
Understanding the Job descriptions.
Understanding of IT technologies.
Telephonic screening of CVs.
Interaction with the candidates, Scheduling them for an Interview.
Ensure seamless Coordinate with the internal Panel and the candidates.
Candidate should have done hard core recruitment based on the requirements in the company.
Interested in Recruitments, Multi Tasking, Initiator & Quick Learner.
Experience as a Recruiter.
MBA/Any Graduates/Post Graduates.
Go-Getter /Willing to work under pressure.
Candidate should be able to Join Immediately.
Result Oriented Candidate with similar background would be considerable.
