Candidate will be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
Understanding the client needs &processing the deliverables within a stipulated time frame. Sourcing and Interviewing the candidates according to the requirements.
Sourcing the right talent using different Job Sites/ Portals, Employee Referral Schemes, Recruitment agencies and personal contacts
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude
Excellent follow-up skills
