The incumbent will develop and implement recruitment and HR strategies that drive Medline India as an employer of choice and ensure effectiveness in attracting, selecting, and integrating technical talent at all levels of Medline India.

The person will also support the IT staff with various HR related concerns.

This individual will also serve employees, answering questions regarding benefits, company policies and maintaining positive employee relations through the development/implementation of various retention programs.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education and background in recruiting and employee relations with a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization.

In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.

The challenging responsibilities of the position include:
* Development of new recruitment strategies to hire quality technical talent in order to meet the staffing needs of Medline India.

* Establish internal and external job postings for job openings.

* Identify and utilize multiple and cost effective recruitment tools.

* Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, make reference and background checks, administer assessment testing, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow up correspondence.

* Conduct college/university recruiting.

* Provides guidance and accountability for all hiring managers to ensure a consistent, high quality process is followed.

* Make recommendations of the best qualified candidates and assist with final decision process.

* Data entry of candidate information into an applicant tracking system.

* Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Medline’s HR policies.

* Oversee record keeping related to new hires, promotions, transfers, corrective action and exit interviews.

* Prepare and present hiring statistics.
* Partner with management to develop and implement retention strategies.

The required skills for this position are:
* 4 year college degree with a focus in HR, MIS, Business Administration, or related field

* 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.

* Previous experience in a Human Resources environment.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

* Working knowledge of an HRIS system.

* Ability to understand and explain company policies and benefits.

* Ability to build rapport with the management team and staff.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Self motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
