Job Description
Understanding the Requirements from the IT Clients

Source the right candidates from the job portals /db .

SOurcing candidates for niche skill sets thro networking / headhunting

Screening, short listing and sourcing the resumes as per client requirement

Involved in complete life cycle of Resourcing & Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to Joining for the candidate

Make sure that the candidate is willing to relocate.

Scheduling interviews as per client`s request by coordinating with both the Clients and the candidate.

Getting the feedback from the Clients on time.

Proper co-ordination with the clients & candidates till the offer letters are rolled out.

Follow up with the candidate till he/she joins the client company.

Interacting with the clients on day to day basis for latest updates with regard to their requirements.

Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
