Candidate will be involved and managing full- lifecycle of contract hiring and recruitment process.
Detailed analysis of the JD – analyzing the client’s requirement on different technologies.
Sourcing through various job portals and screening of valid profiles.
Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview , offer negotiation and follow up till joining to ensure closure.
Aligned closely with the TL and Managers.
Able to handle various requirements simultaneously.
Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
Maintain own database.
