Candidate will be responsible for fulfilling the resource requirements within the time frame specified.
Provide status report on recruitments to the Head HR.
Ensure that the candidates who are offered employment are continuously followed up till they join the organization and avoid offer rejection ratio.
Candidate should have excellent in oral and written communication
Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Power Point.
Excellent co-ordination skills.
Experience in hard core recruitments is also preferred.
