Candidate will be responsible for reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the profile requires incumbent to act as a strategic partner to business leaders by coordinating on a wide range of issues including organizational development, workforce planning and employee management.

The role continuously aims in translating business strategies into HR strategies.

Makes judgments and takes actions to recommend changes to HR practices and policies.

Partners in the managing of various Human Resources processes for the entire company.

The major processes involved are:
* Talent Acquisition & Manpower planning process

* Performance management systems, KRA and Goal-setting

* Organizational Development Interventions

* Employee Orientation, Development, and Training;

* Policy formulation and Documentation;

* Compensation and Benefit

Leading and initiating Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Drive various HR metrics to quantify the progress of HR initiatives.

Desired Profile:
MBA (HR) with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in HR domain and best in class HR Practices.

Candidates from power sector will be preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Analytical, quick decision making and multitasking.

Candidate should have strong achievement-orientation, should be proactive and self-motivated.

To have a strong solution focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
