Job Description
Manage multiple stake holders across BU Segment and regions to support decision making in a matrix organization.
Act as the "face of HR" and an employee champion, internally and externally and ensure delivery of desired outcomes.
Act as a consultant in the resolution of employee relations or legal issues and recommend solutions.
Responsible for the execution of people management issues, particularly around time-keeping, discipline, conflict management, benefits administration in partnership with line managers/HR Business Partners.
Ensures compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements & implementation of all policies in partnership with COE and HR Business Partner.
Ensure benchmarking & up-gradation of HR processes; automation and rollout of HR systems as a functional consultant.
Custodian of HR Records and Audit of processes/data.
Ensure renewal and maintenance of ISO, BCP, ISMS etc certifications.
