Candidate should have experience in HR especially in domestic HR kind of set up as business HR.

Exposure of managing HR for an employee strength of 500+ employees.

Managing the best sources of recruitment`s like manpower consultants, job portals etc for sourcing the best talents.

Designed, developed & implemented the structured induction module for new joinees.

Monitoring recruitment cost and MIS.

Hands of experience on payroll management.

Up-to-date knowledge on market organizational development activities

Drive employee engagement and touch points.

Drive retention initiatives

Conducting the competence management process with all the department heads.

Identifying the training needs (Non Technical) in consent to the employees and managers.

Address employee grievances and escalations.

Partnering with operations and other functions on people practices.

Driving key HR processes - PMS, IJP, confirmation, exists and transfer - at vertical level.

Drive policy awareness and adherence to policies and HR processes.

Desired Profile:
MBA / Post graduate qualification in human resource management.

Industry experience: 5-7 years of total professional experience in HR function of a reputed organization.

Experience in BPO/ITeS will be preferred.

Effective inter-personal skills as a HR facilitator maturity & patience to deal with diverse employee related issues.

Good written and spoken communication skills, networking skills & creativity.

Proficiency in computers.
