Staffing: Workforce planning, Specifying jobs and roles,recruiting, screening applicants, selecting (hiring) new employees.
Training: Career development, employee orientation, leadership development, Management development, personal development,
supervisorial development, general training and development.
Travel: Visa Processing and planning for temporary and extended overseas assignments of staff.
Remuneration: Designing salary slabs based on industry standards and company policies.
Compliance: Personnel policies and records, employee laws, topics and issues, ethics.
Defining & implementing employee safety plans & process.
Budgeting
Performance Appraisals: Plan and conduct performance review, evaluate performance across organization in coordination with
respective HOD’s, provide feedback and revised compensation details, plan future course of action based on overall organization rating.
Induction: Planning, coordinating & conducting induction program.
Employee Engagement: Planning and conducting reward and recognition program, responsible for preparing annual budget and design for social gatherings and celebrations. driving employee engagement by involving senior level participation.
Attrition Analysis
Updating HR BSC and taking corrective actions
As a Manager level member of our team, you may form a part of the "Operations Board" and play a role in architecting and implementing the long term goals of the company.
Desired Profile:
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree / diploma in HR
Relevant Experience: >8 years.
Knowledgeable: Understands the subject matter of Human Resources & Development thoroughly.
Problem Solver / Creative / Analytical: Able to discuss customer problems and recommend solutions.
Articulate: Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
