The India HR Manager is accountable for the provision of HR services to the India Office.

This covers all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, managing performance review; remuneration and performance pay programs, employee engagement and recognition.

As this is a new position we anticipate the manager will establish, manage and improve the programs and processes required to enable us to grow our people resources to meet our future business needs, in line with global Intrepid HR practices.

Annual Operational Accountabilities:
Participate in development of HR goals aligned with global & local business strategy

Manage the recruitment of quality office staff and group leaders to meet needs forecasted by the business

Continuous improvement of recruitment process to enhance quality of candidates and speed of delivery.

Manage Employment law & contracts.

Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the India office.
