The candidate up on hiring will
Work with the Global HR head, develop Human Resource strategy and align it to support the overall business plan.
Manage the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS of the Human Resources function in India.
Be responsible for being up to date on all regulatory and legal changes regarding HR compliance and requirements and subsequent compliance.
Maintain positive employee relations through consistent and fair application.
