MBA with 7 + years of relevant of experience in managing generalist HR activities.
Should possess excellent knowledge, experience of HR strategy planning, implementation and other HR functions & process.
To handle end to end HR functions.
To handle recruitments for all the verticals.
To manage training & development, performance management, employee engagement, communication enhancement, etc.
To support & handle labour matter`s & HR operations.
To support management in keeping good employee relations as well & other HR related functions.
