Knowledge of HR functions and its working.
Conducting exit interview to identify the reason for the resignation and to retain employees.
Interact with corporate headquarters and Central Payroll / Personnel.
Suitable candidate must posses:
* M.B.A in HR with (prior experience in BPO/Management Consultant is preferable.
* Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong presentation abilities.
* Employee benefit programs, must be a creative thinker and excellent team player.
* Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under constant pressure.
* Flexible in work timings.
