Candidate will be handling end-to-end recruitment for retail stores including:
Screening and shortlisting the CV`s, lining up the candidates for interview, conducting competency based interviews, coordinating with the interview panel and business stakeholders, offer negotiation and preparation, salary fittment, etc.)
Searching candidates through job portals, head hunting, referencing, poaching, competitor mapping, etc.
New employee orientation (Induction and joining formalities).
Employee engagement activities (grievance handling).
Essential:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
Minimum graduate
Good communication skills
Good networking skill
Preferred:
Experience in Retail Industry Recruitment is preferred.
