Inventurus Knowledge Services, Mumbai 1–2 Yrs

Candidate should have experience in HR and recruitment process.

Candidate should be good at quality Hiring within the set SLA and TAT

Cost effective mode of Sourcing - Maximum use of free sources of hires

Co-ordination with Operations & Other internal customers

MIS to be tracked

Employee Engagement:
Attendance management

Ensuring teams undesirable attrition to be below 3% on monthly basis

Early warning signs to be tracked, counseled and reported to immediate supervisors

One on one to be conducted regularly with assigned teams

Engagement activities to be organized.
