1. New Hire Induction and Training

a. Planning and executing the training schedule and sessions for new entrants and employees

b. Coordinating with the recruitment team and forecasting the training requirements and framing the schedule accordingly

c. Keeping tracks of all the employees/trainees progress in terms of learning and gauging their comfort level in terms of working in practical conditions

2. Training Needs identification and execution

a. Partner businesses for identification of training needs/solutions and design training modules and updating training content as and when required

b. To schedule & conduct training programs based on training calendar and ensure relevant assets are identified/stored for training against each program for all role/functions. (On-the-job, external, internal programs)

c. Support the process of selection of training vendors and monitor their performance as required

d. Plan, build, develop and deliver training as required

e. Maintain training records, analyse training records/feedback and send training reports to the Business Heads.

3. Employee Communication

a. Responsible for communication for events, sharing of best practices, employee forums in alignment with the company values and core processes both internally and externally

Desired Profile:
Qualification – MBA\PGDM (HR Specialization)

Experience – 1- 2 years of experience as Training Coordinator

1. Independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure and drive changes

2. Must have strong interpersonal skills along with excellent training/presentations skills using adult learning concepts.

3. Knowledge of latest means of employee development through training and learning
