Candidate should able to assist in HR Generalist activities.

To provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing reports and documents, filing hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.

To Smoothen work process through coordination.

To conduct joining formality, maintaining paper work, filing and managing files.

To update database, sound with Excel Knowledge.

Good in employee relation activities.

Coordinate for all the activities for HR viz (Bank A/c, Joining, No Dues, Attendance Compilation etc).

Should have good theoretical knowledge of HR.

Initial practical exposure to the field of HR.

Should be enthusiastic to learn new things.

Good verbal & written communication skills.

The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail.

Must be self motivated & result oriented.
