HR Executive for Busisol Sourcing

Candidate should be full time HR graduate. MBA/MPM/MSW

Should be combination of BE + MBA (Preferable from top B schools)

Should have experience of 1-3 years.

Should have generalist HR profile.

Should have worked with reputed companies.

We are looking for multiple roles in recruitment, employee life cycle management, performance management and reward management.

Candidates should have exposure for a min period for 2 years in one of the areas mentioned.

Should have worked very closely with top management.

Should have handled Corporate HR, Strategic HR, HR Planning role.

Should report to top management for smooth operations.
