Handling end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates.
Understanding niche requirements.
Conducting telephonic round of interviews and personal interviews.
Familiar with MS Office and computer operations.
Short listing profiles from portals(Monster, & Naukri) and conducting detailed telephonic discussions.
Maintaining and updating trackers for profiles on a daily basis.
Liasoning with stakeholders if required.
