Candidate will be triggering and sourcing profiles for new requirements, updating data for existing staff, preparation of daily report, co-ordination with procurement, vendor and project/account team for fulfillment relatea activities, communication should be good in understanding the need and respond pro-actively.
Experience: Required candidates with work experience in HR
Coordination/Operations with Mandetory "IT recruitment" experiance, candidates already worked with any MNC like IBM, Oracle etc for recruitment and HR recruitment team are prefred.
Qualifications: Graduate with MBA HR or only Graduate
Skills: Very Good Communication, Working knowledge in computers including Mails, Lotus notes, MS office, ppt. etc.,
Able to understand and pick up quickly.
Need candidates who are willing to take ownership/responsbility to work independtly after the KT.
Experience in recruitment, sourcing will be added advantage.
Shift timing: General Shift
Work location:Bannerghatta, Bangalore
Nature of the job: Contractual postion (Onrolls with Manpower Services)
Contract period: 1 year will be extended based on performance
Gender preference: Male/Female (preferably from South of Bangalore, Jayanagr, Madiwala, BTM JP nagar etc.,)
CTC : Take home between 15000 to 20000 per month based on experience and knowledge.
Candidates having PAN Card & Passport are preffered.
Selected candidates have to join within a week`s time.
