Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Shortlisting the Resumes received in jobsindia@ubisoft.com.
Contacting the education institutes in Pune and implementing partnerships with them.
Sourcing candidates from recruitment websites and organizing technical test sessions.
Following-up the test results with the coordinator in charge of each job.
Organizing interviews with the persons.
Making the employment contracts
Administration of employees
Welcoming the new joiners and doing all the HR formalities.
Doing paper work related to HR issues.
Assisting the managers on HR related issues.
Participating to the organization of various events for the studio.
The profile will evolve depending on the abilities of the person and the needs of the studio.
Experience in the recruitment of software and computer engineers is a plus.
