Candidate will be responsible to establish a recruiting strategy by analyzing job descriptions and management feedback, customizing processes as well as staying abreast of industry trends.

Recruits, interviews, screens, completes reference checks and makes hiring decisions in collaboration with local management at the Agent and Supervisor level.

May consult with hiring manager regarding potential candidates and assists them in their final decision at the Agent/Supervisor level.

Finalizes offers in accordance with employment and compensation policies. Processes appropriate paperwork.

Desired Profile:
A Management (graduate) with sound experience in mass hiring at the associate level.

Good communication and data analytical skills.

Must have strong experience in managing large scale hiring with a reputed BPO institution.

Should be well versed with the latest industry trends, and updates.

Should be willing hard to achieve performance through strict compliance.
