Partners with Business to understand business plans and establish talent acquisition plans across all levels and businesses within Card Services

Develops and implements recruitment strategies to drive hiring plans as agreed.

Drive and manage a team towards achieving organizational as well as career goals.

Partners with the Human Resources areas such as Compensation & benefits, training, employee relations and diversity from the Talent acquisition perspective. Also, with the Talent acquisition teams in the US to share best practices.

Consults with senior management and business partners to analyze and resolve complex HR issues covering such areas as nonexempt/college/professional recruiting, interviewing and selecting potential employees

Handle complex issues and serve as an expert in assigned areas.

Provide timely direction on strategic changes within the business and help align the focus of resources to the same.

Interacts independently with many levels of management.

Model the organization`s core values, operating principles, and philosophies. Walk the Talk.

Makes appropriate and fact based decisions with available information when under pressure and/or adverse conditions

Continually raises the standard of quality in the work of self and others
