The candidate should be able to:
1. Work closely with the recruiting team and our clients and help the company grow with it`s strategic business partners in PAN India.
2. Work as a Relationship Manager with our domestic clients in India.
3. Implement the HR policies necessary to have a harmonious working environment leading to business goal achievements. Having this skill is a plus.
4. Manage a Sourcing Team that caters to our requirements from our clients.
5. Must be open to travel
6. The position reports to the Country Head in India.
All candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:
1. Candidates must have prior Human Resources & Recruitment Experience
2. Candidates should be from Convent school background
3. Qualification – BCA/MCA or B.Tech or IT diplomas/degrees from any recognized computer institute - Recent
4. Excellent communication skills are a must.
5. Experience sourcing from social networking sites will be a huge plus.
