Candidate should be able to provide support and guidance to managers on on-going situation.
Ensuring managers take ownership for the issues whilst offering the support to achieve the required results quickly and in line with Company ethics and employment legislation
Manage recruitment activity to agreed service levels, costs and standards within the defined recruitment strategy.
Owning all recruitment activity including candidate generation and selection with support from the rest of the HR team including admin support.
Organize and conduct 1-1 meetings with managers on a minimum of a monthly basis.
Provide advice and guidance to managers during periods of business or structural change.
Assist newly appointed and promoted managers in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
Desired Profile
Candidates should be from Top IT company only.
Ability to manage difficult situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management skills.
Excellent employee relations skills.
