Follow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone
Visit clients, make presentations about services we offer and walk through its advantages
Seeking new business opportunities through our current customer base while searching for new account opportunity
Increases line of business penetration and instrumental in creating new lines of services
Would be responsible to nurture existing clients
Maintain the highest possible margin and increasing customer breadth
Maintain & harness client relationship
Candidate must have experience in developing business for our recruitment section
Must have problem solving and analytical ability
Be able to work Independently while being a team player
Build Prospect database for different geographies
Meet and exceed individual sales target
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in IT staffing/contract/ consulting/ IT services
Experience in recruitment, placement in large IT companies
Clear understanding about the IT staffing market and placement process
Experience Software services/ contracting/ consulting / marketing
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter with an ability to work independently
Excel in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
Candidate should have flair for marketing and needs to travel all over India
