Gather information as to the model (Preferred vendor, VMO, Tools, systems) for engaging contract IT staffing and Development services
Identify and provide contact information for executive level decision makers in different key functional areas along with contact information.
Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in telephone calls and emails
Working from a script, contact agreed upon individuals, position Makro and set appointments with same based on specific objectives of Sales VP/Director
Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the Technical and Project team
Be attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is strictly accordingly to the compliance with the company`s policies.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the company procedure
Respond to RFI/RFPs in a timely manner
Effectively interact with other departments including the Technical and the Support Team to ensure the Clients to get the deliverables as per SLA
