The candidate should be having recruitment experience, preferably in the Financial sector.
Must possess Headhunting or Agency recruiting experience.
Should be responsible for the Firms Global Recruitment activity of International Traders & Trader Groups.
Should be able to create and implement Hiring strategies depending on the Location.
Should have expertise in poaching the candidates from the competitive firms
Responsible to generate prospective CVs through innovative measures
Responsible for Evaluating competencies, Interview co ordination and negotiating the contracts.
Desired candidate will be working in coordination with the Senior Management across the Globe
Passion to deliver results.
Candidate should be having any Bachelors Degree
Should have experience in recruiting the professional for Banking/Financial Sector/ Insurance/ NBFC/ BPO/ ITES
Reporting to the Top Management in the US
Candidate should be flexible to work from 6:30 P.M. to 3:30 A.M. Indian standard timings.
