Individual Job Responsibilities (Core):
1. To work with external payroll vendor and payroll team for payroll and statutory compliance`s of the company

2. To manage entire gamut of HR operations – such as employment contracts, probation confirmations, annual review, transfers and promotions etc on regular basis

3. To works with temporary staffing agencies for smooth management of third party associates

4. To manage expats (Inbound and Outbound) for their compensation, benefits and retrials

5. Working on HRMS for preparing monthly/annual HR reports relating to Attrition Analysis, Manpower planning, Personnel cost etc

6. To work with SAP implementation team for implementation of HR modules in India

7. To manage Employee Insurance – Mediclaim, Personal Accident and Term Life for employees and their dependents

8. To manage company benefits – like employee loans, gifts, food coupons etc as per the company policies for the employees

9. To work extensively in creating a process oriented work culture in Payroll, Employee Benefits and HR operations vertical

Working with Head-C&B in(Additional):
1. Job Evaluation, Compensation surveys and benchmarking compensation for the organization

2. Handling performance and compensation reviews, Variable pay and Sales Incentive Plans for the organization

3. Manpower planning, Personnel cost budgeting and variance analysis vs actual

4. Designing and implementing HR policies for L’Oreal India

5. Leading new initiatives in HR for monetary and non-monetary rewards

6. Preparing guidelines for recruitment team for offer fitments

7. Working on offers for mid and senior level executives
