Responsibilities:
Adhere to TAT of recruitment requirements
Ensure recruitment targets & numbers are met.
Keep the Recruitment reports updated on a daily basis
Prepare Manpower plan and implement it - in line with the Business and Growth plans.
Create and implement recruitment policies
Work towards the upkeep of the company value system and aligning employees to it.
Plan and implement training requirements
Manage recruitment and strategy
Create human resource retention policies
Plan and allocate work within the recruitment team
Lead recruitment efforts, do final Interviews, reference Checks for selected candidates.
Approve consultants to partner with HR in sourcing resources.
