The incumbent should have around 15 years of functional experience in organizations practicing progressive people’s management practices.

He should have a sound conceptual knowledge, exposure to latest HR systems and practices in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management.

This position requires consistent academic career from reputed institute, high level of maturity, leadership quality, analytical mind, , pro-active, Creative, good in english communication (written & verbal), exposure to SAP / ERP will be preferred.

Desired Profile
Policy formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.

Change management for facilitating organizational changes for business decisions.

Manpower Planning, Resource Mobilization for internal and client requirement.

Bench resource management and redeployment, for optimum utilization of bench resources with minimum bench cost.

Manpower Budgeting, including attrition penalty and bench cost.

Designing and maintaining information flow for MIS and database management. Facilitating informed decision-making and tracking critical metrics. Ensuring timely MIS for global headquarters.
