Mrs. Rashmi Sharma is an Industrial Psychologist. She is the Vise Chairman of ISTD (Indian Society of Training & Development) Nashik Chapter. Currently she has her own HR consultancy firm called AQumen. She has a rich and varied background as personnel manager, trainer, consultant, counselor, therapist and professor. With 11 years of experience as personnel manager and HR trainer she has had several hands on experiences with the industrial setup. She has worked as trainer and industrial consultant: for industries & institutes in and around Nashik.
As a certified psychologist she has enjoyed a professional career of over a decade as a counselor and consultant and has been practicing specialized in counseling therapy and training methods in individual, educational and corporate environment.
Rashmi Sharma has also been associated with the academic field for more than 8 years having worked as a professor for Human Resource Development with the Symbiosis International University. In addition to her involvement in teaching her subjects of specialization at MBA level, with expertise in the field of Organizational Behavior and Change Management, she has been extensively involved in management development programs and management consulting services involving the issues of human performance and therefore organizational performance.
She has contributed in Research and consultancy for premier companies and presented research papers both at international and national levels. A topper and gold medalist, she has a first class with distinction in industrial psychology from Pune University and a PG certification specialization -‘Counseling and Therapy’ from the Common Wealth Society of London.
